With the assistance of a fully qualified Chinese chef we developed this oven to allow for both duck & char sui to be cooked at the same time to perfection. Complete with racks, twin burners & drip trays this product is probably the best on the market. Available in both natural gas and LPG this fully CE certified cooker, made in England is available off the shelf.
